Slip-casting fundamentals

Service Description

Discover the process of slipcasting, and give the process a go by making a hexagonal pot using our modular system of plaster moulds. You'll walk away with a hexagonal pot made to your chosen design, glazed and fired by your tutor, then delivered to your address. At the workshop, you'll learn the basics of how slipcasting and mould-making works. The day is split into two sessions: 10:00AM - 12:30PM 2:30PM - 4:00PM Please wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. There are minimum numbers for workshops to run, so if your chosen day isn't quite full enough, I'll get in touch to suggest a new date. This workshop requires a minimum of 5 participants, but can host up to 6.
